Introduction to the Use Agreement:
Our online store welcomes you and informs you that below are the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and all legal effects arising from your use of the store’s services over the internet through this electronic platform. The use of the store by any person, whether as a consumer of a service or product of the store or otherwise, constitutes their consent and acceptance, while being of full legal capacity as recognized by Sharia, regulation, and law, of all the provisions and terms of this agreement, and confirms their commitment to abide by what is stated herein. This agreement applies to all types of dealings between the consumer and the store, and becomes effective and binding once you agree to it and begin registration.

Article One – Introduction and Definitions:
The preamble above is considered an integral part of this agreement. Below are the meanings and definitions of the main terms used in this agreement:

1. The Store: This definition includes all forms of the store on the internet, whether an electronic application, a website on the internet, or a commercial shop.
2. The Consumer: The person who engages in e-commerce seeking to obtain the products or services provided by the store through its electronic platform.
3. The Agreement: This term refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.

Article Two – Legal Capacity of the Consumer:

1. The consumer acknowledges that they have the legal capacity recognized by Sharia and regulation to deal with the store, or that they are at least eighteen years old.
2. The consumer agrees that, in the event of violating this article, they bear the consequences of such violation before others.

Article Three – Nature of Obligation:

1. The store’s obligation toward consumers is to provide the service or product.
2. The store may provide other services such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of (service or product) requested by the consumer.

Article Four – Usage Controls:

1. The consumer must use the store’s electronic platform in accordance with public morals and the regulations in effect in the State of Qatar.
2. When purchasing a service or product from this store, the consumer must not use such service or product in a manner that violates public morals and the regulations in effect in the State of Qatar.

Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations:
Upon applying to join membership in this store as a user, you are required to disclose certain information and choose a username and a confidential password to use when accessing the store’s services. By doing so, you agree to the following:

1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to immediately notify this store of any unauthorized use of your account information with the store or any other breach of your confidential information.
2. The store shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss that may be incurred by you, directly or indirectly, morally or materially, as a result of the disclosure of your username or password information.
3. You are obligated to use your account or membership with the store yourself, and you bear full responsibility for it. If someone else uses it, this shall be considered evidence that you have authorized them to use the store on your behalf and for your account.
4. You agree to use the store with full seriousness and credibility.
5. You agree to disclose true, accurate, updated, complete, and lawful information about yourself as required during registration with the store, and you agree to update your data in the event of any changes or whenever necessary.
6. Our store is committed to handling your personal information and contact details with complete confidentiality.
7. If the store discovers that you have disclosed information that is untrue, incorrect, outdated, incomplete, unlawful, or in violation of the terms of this agreement, the store has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership, store, or account on the platform, without prejudice to the store’s other rights and legitimate means of recovering its rights and protecting other consumers.
8. In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, the store’s management has the right to suspend or cancel your store or membership, or block your access to the store’s services again.

Article Six – Electronic Communications and Official Means of Communication:

1. The parties to this agreement agree that communication shall take place via the email address registered on the platform.
2. The consumer agrees that all agreements, announcements, statements, and other communications provided electronically shall stand in place of their written counterparts and shall serve as standalone proof, fulfilling regulatory and legal requirements.
3. The consumer agrees that they may be contacted and notified of any provisions related to this agreement or related to dealings with them through the store’s management sending general messages to all consumers or to specific users of the store.

Article Seven – Amendments to the Use Agreement and Fees:

1. If any article or clause contained in this agreement is canceled, or if any article or clause contained in this agreement is no longer in effect, this shall not invalidate the remaining articles, clauses, rules, and provisions contained in this agreement, which shall remain in effect until further notice from the store’s management.
2. This agreement – which may be amended from time to time as deemed necessary – constitutes the mechanism of work, understanding, and agreement between the (Consumer) and the (Store).
3. The store may impose fees on certain consumers depending on the offers, products, or services they request, or on fees or taxes imposed by the state on the nature of the product or service.
4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or discount any fees or expenses under the terms, clauses, and provisions of the Use Agreement, for any consumer regardless of the reason for their registration.

Article Eight – Payment and Settlement Services for Stores within the Store:

1. The store provides, through its partners, a payment and settlement system that may be conducted entirely online through the payment options available on the store, or through any other payment method the store may provide from time to time.
2. The store is committed to setting the price of the service or product it displays in its store according to the commonly recognized market value.
3. The store is committed to providing invoices, receipts, and proof of delivery for all amounts and profits generated within its store, and is committed to providing the consumer with an invoice for their purchase of a service or product.
4. The store is committed to providing the standard accounting specifications recognized in its online store, in implementation of the provisions of this agreement, and in light of the legal, economic, commercial, and regulatory interests involved in such regulation.

Article Nine – Intellectual Property:

1. The intellectual property rights belonging to the store are fully owned by the store, whether owned by them before the establishment of this electronic platform or after its establishment.
2. The consumer shall respect the intellectual property rights of the store, including the store’s name itself, and other words, logos, and symbols belonging to or displayed on the store, as any right associated with the store’s name is full intellectual property owned by the store.

Article Ten – Store’s Liability:

1. The store is committed to conducting its commercial business through this electronic platform in a lawful manner and in accordance with the regulations in effect in the State of Qatar, and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
2. The store shall not bear any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or caused by the consumer or by a third party such as shipping companies.
3. The store, its affiliates, owners, and representatives are committed to ensuring that the (product or service) is sound, lawful, and authorized in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar, and is used for lawful purposes.

Article Eleven – Restriction of Access or Membership:
The store may suspend or cancel a consumer’s membership or restrict a consumer’s access to the platform’s services at any time, without notice, for any reason, and without limitation.

Article Twelve – Governing Law:
This Use Agreement is governed by and formulated in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legislation in effect and applicable in the State of Qatar, and is fully and entirely subject to the regulations applicable before the authorities in the State of Qatar.

Article Thirteen – General Provisions:
If any article or clause contained in this Use Agreement is canceled, or if any article or clause contained in this Use Agreement is no longer in effect, this shall not invalidate the validity of the remaining articles, clauses, and provisions contained in the Use Agreement, which shall remain in effect until further notice from the store’s management.
This Use Agreement – which may be amended from time to time as deemed necessary – constitutes the Use Agreement and the mechanism of work, understanding, agreement, and contract between the store and the consumer. Both parties to this agreement also agree to take the following into consideration:

1. Arabic is the language relied upon when interpreting the provisions of this agreement, or when translating it into another language.
2. All prices displayed for the store’s services or products may be modified from time to time.
3. Any promotional or marketing offers placed by the store are temporary, and the store has the right to modify or discontinue these promotional or marketing offers at any time.
4. The parties to this agreement undertake to deal with one another in a manner that does not contravene the Sharia rules, regulations, and laws applicable and related to the nature of dealings between the store and the consumer.
5. This Use Agreement shall not be canceled except by a decision issued by the store’s management.
